Traditional education and being professional in environments and not always set up for people who have ADHD. The systems rely on heavily rigid structures with long periods pf passive learning and a model of evaluation which only prioritised memorisation over creativity and problem-solving.<\/p>

For people who are disguised with ADHD, this can lead to frustration and disengagement due to not feeling like they are not being provided with the skills to flourish.<\/p>\n

People who have cognitive issues do not have any less ability, although a different kind of environment, one which recognises diverse ways of thinking and learning is always a challenge to get. <\/p>

Supportive environments which emphasise practical learning, collaboration and flexibility with real-world application can unlock massive potential for these types of individuals.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

This is why inclusive programs and learning environments are so important.<\/a> Our inclusive camps are designed to provide a supportive and empowering environment for individuals with ADHD, Depression and other learning differences. <\/p>

Our aim from inception has always been not to \u201cfix\u201d people, but provide help to better build skills, confidence, and assist with tolls which support their goals and ambitions. Our participants are encouraged to explore subjects which they find interesting and develop overall strategies that help them thrive both personally and professionally.<\/span><\/p>\n

One of the focuses of the camp is to help people develop their own sense of practical life skills and provide professionals support in a safe and supporting environment.  We focus on areas such as communication, project development, teamwork, creative problem-solving and entrepreneurial thinking.<\/p>


<\/p>

Instead of relying on a traditional approach of lectures and rigid coursework deadlines, out learning happens via hands-on-activities, mentorship, collaboration and real-world challenges.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Another important element of the program is the overall sense of community which we provide. People with ADHD often report feeling misunderstood or isolated within a traditional education and work setting<\/a>. Being surrounded by other who share a similar diagnoses and experiences can be incredibly powerful as it creates a sense of belonging and encourages participants to share their own form of strategies, support one another, and overall celebrate each other\u2019s achievements.<\/p>\n

Our camps provide access to resources, mentorship and guidance from industry professionals who understand the needs of people with ADHD and other mental health conditions.<\/p>

Our participants gain insight and understanding into managing their own challenges such as time management, focus, stress, and general organisation.<\/p>\n

The overall aim of our program is to help individuals recognise that their own ADHD and neurodiversity are not limitations.<\/p>
